RETURN CONDITIONS TO BE FOLLOWED AFTER AN ONLINE PURCHASE.

Any error noted upon delivery of your order must be reported to the seller within a maximum period of 10 days of the billing date. You can return a new product and receive a credit within 30 days following the seller’s billing date. Transportation is at the seller's expense.

Non-defective products returned must be in new condition and packed in their original packaging. Any item showing damaged packaging will be refused and returned at your expense (send and return). Helmets and clothing must have the original labels and must not have been worn outside. Windshields and other parts covered with a protective plastic film will be refused if this film has been removed. Transportation of the return is at the customer's expense. A 10$ return fee plus tax will be deducted from your refund once we have received the item.

All promotional items identified as “Hot Deal” or expressively identified as “Final Sale” are not returnable, except if a product is found to be defective or the result of an error by the distributor.*

NO RETURN IS POSSIBLE AFTER 30 DAYS FOLLOWING THE BILLING DATE,
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY.

made in an order by the client, nor for charges resulting from such an error.

RETURN POLICY FOLLOWING AN ONLINE PURCHASE ON LS2CANADA.CA.

Authorization numbers for returned merchandise are required. No return without authorization will be accepted. If this situation occurs, we will return the product at your own expense (send and return). For products bought in store or at your local dealership, please contact him directly. 

To get a return number, follow these steps :

  • Log into your personal Shopify account, select the product in question and start the return process
  • Make sure your name, email are correct on your account. Let us know the reason for return and provide the SKU number and order number in the optional notes.
  • Once the first step is approved by us, you will receive a return authorization. Once you have received the RMA number, pack the items you’re returning in a box of the appropriate size. Items must be in new condition, with their original labels and returned in their original packaging.
  • Make sure that the return authorization number we sent you is clearly written on the box accompanying the returned items.
  • Please print the return authorization and put it in the box that accompanies your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 business hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 business hours to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses in Canada. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

 Orders placed before 16:00 EST during store hours will be shipped the same day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 24h using the preferred shipping provider i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of 16.99$ applies to all our orders. Free shipping will be offered on all orders over 99.99$. Certain rural areas as well as large bulky items may incur additional shipping fees. This fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

Remote areas: Please note that shipping is not available to areas in the following Canadian provinces :

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 Please note we only ship to Canada. We do not ship to other countries.
