PRODUCT QUESTIONS

My new helmet feels too tight on the cheeks. What can I do?

We have a few options that should help improve your comfort while riding.

We recommend wearing the helmet for at least 25–50 hours before expecting a looser fit. This break-in period allows the comfort cheek pads to gradually adapt to your face. If you’ve ridden in the helmet for at least 25 hours and it still feels too tight, you may want to consider switching to slimmer cheek pads for additional space.

We offer a range of cheek pads and liners that can potentially enhance overall comfort. Please keep in mind that as the size increases, the thickness of the component decreases.

Can I wear glasses with LS2 helmets?

Most of our helmets are compatible with eyeglasses. However, the Arrow and Thunder models do not feature a glasses-friendly design. All other current models are designed to accommodate glasses comfortably.
